This blade should prove a popular choice for Spaniel and Terrier heads, as well as for use under arms and legs.
Like its Oster counter part the Wahl size 10 blade is very useful for general and underbody use on a wide variety of dog breeds and is often selected when a reasonably close and or smooth finish is required. Most professional dog groomers will have this blade and probably use it the most within their day to day work.
A good blade use when going with the grain of the coat on the faces or light coloured Poodles, which are easily irritated. Used for the under belly work and also on the ears of terriers.
Often selected as the blade to use when stripping off coats which have mats that are to close to the skin to permit the use of other blades. Size 10 blades are universally used for bodywork on the Schnauzer breed.

Ultra Course, the #3F is an enlarged version of a #4F but with greater depth and is the largest of all the full tooth blades within the range relieving the need for a comb attachment. Marketed as essentially a blade for horse clipping, however cutting depth of 1.8mm it may be a touch close for many horses in winter.
Not quite in the same league as the Moser 2.3mm wide blade, or the CereBlade which may partly be due to the design of the comb teeth which are shorter than the Moser blades. Also Moser cutter teeth "lay" back further on the comb, which would contribute, to better hair penetration on some coats.
Not thought to be a blade suitable for cob breeds, and the thicker native coats.
