Blade often used as a "hunter clip" blade on horses However with the introduction of the Moser 2.3 and Cera Blades these have become widely adopted for use in clipping horses for the traditional autumn "hunter clip"

The #10 wide is less favoured by the cattle exhibitors although will produce a fair clip on bovine animals, and can be equally used to good effect on some of the larger dog breeds.

In the case of horses the#10 standard blade (narrower cutting face) is ideal for clipping the head and face to give a matching coat length to the body clip. Also good on the more slender and shapely horse legs.

The Groom Master blade range which embrace two blades medium and coarse are designed for the cutting of matted and heavy coats of the larger dog breeds.

However with the introduction of the detachable blade clippers back in the early nineteen nineties these blade where quickly adopted for use in trimming out show cattle especially those exhibited in the late autumn fatstock classes.

The medium blade is smooth toothed with a bevel and produces a medium clip easier feeding of the coat on matted animals or for use on larger breeds with subsequently thicker and heavier coats. Could well suit horse owners seek a very slightly extra depth of coat or less close cut on legs.

The Groom Master blade range which embrace three blades fine, medium and coarse are designed for the cutting of matted and heavy coats of the larger dog breeds.

The coarse #6 blade is smooth toothed with a bevel and produces a medium clip favoured by many beef cattle exhibitors to give a professional finish to their summer show and autumn fatstock exhibition entry. This range of blades is designed for faster, easier feeding of the coat on matted animals or for use on larger breeds with subsequently thicker and heavier coats. Could well suit horse owners seek a very slightly extra depth of coat or less close cut on legs.

These blades do not accommodate the attachment combs
