Blade cutting depth: 5 point adjustable - 0.03mm to 3mm.

This blade is the standard blade as supplied with the MOSER "ADELAR" cordless trimmer and will also fit the MOSER "ARCO" trimmer.

German made, this heralds a new concept in blade design and construction. One of the first of a range of "Ceramic" coated or powered "blued" blades. The "ceramic" coated blades are described as being easier to penetrate the coat hairs and to have a cutting life expectancy of four times that of a normal steel blade.

It should be realised that a "ceramic" coated wide blade will loose its "ceramic" coating with subsequent lapping and over a period of such sharpenings it will return to the status of a "steel" blade. This is still a totally usable blade but is no longer "ceramic".

One of the features of these blades is the 5-point blade cutting adjustment, which enables you to preset the cutting depth from 0.03mm to 3mm. In case when greater depths of hair are required to be left use one of the supplied attachment combs.

This blade can be used as a narrow blade on the Moser Horseline "Avalon" cordless clipper, the Moser Horseline "Artiko" mains powered clipper, or on the Moser max 45 type 1245 dog machine or the now discontinued Moser KM1.

German made, this heralds a new concept in blade design and construction. One of the first "Ceramic" coated or powered blades. The "ceramic" coated wide blade is known to be excellent on virtually all Thro'bred coat types, and has been found to cope very well on the thick coats of many cobs.

There is evidence to suggest it is not entirely happy when used on the coat of the Shetland breed. Occasionally one finds the odd cob or native to which the blade appears not suited, but generally end-users speak very highly of it.

Feather and coarse leg hair can also cause problems for many blades of this type. Often this area is best tackled with a more open toothed narrow blade, from which there are a good number to select from.
