It minimises the human strain of physically grooming and greatly reduces the time take by traditional methods of grooming. The rotating action acts as a "massage" and has the effect of "toning" the horse's body.
A combination of medium and fine brushes allows the operator to clean deeply in the animal's coat to remove a range of dirt, scurf and loose hair. The Flextol Rotary Grooming Machine has become widely used by equine owners and stables both large and small and is considered a highly desirable tool to have. Many owners and users report that with regular use their horses become far more tolerant to the use of other machinery such as electric electric electric clippers.
Supplied mounted on a 4 wheel trolley base, with electric motor unit reversing switch and cable: 8ft x 10mm flexible shaft with remote control, handpiece with brush guard, plus one dandy brush and one body brush.
