The metal plated "H" frame is designed to fit on most portable grooming tables up to 48-inches long, to enable the attachment of restraining nooses for use on dogs whilst you are working on them.
Fixed to the grooming table with screw tight clamps; fully adjustable to fit most table lengths. Has a number of anchor points to secure nooses from.
