Wahl "Switch Blade" - Blade nylon sleeve
This is the all essential "nylon sleeve" which is located on the end of the tension spring and fits into a groove along the cutter or upper blade of all Wahl "Competition Series" blade. If lost or a blade is not fitted with one the blade will not work - therefore all cutting performance is lost.
These "nylon sleeves" are frequently lost when removing blades for cleaning purposes.
When fitting make sure the sleeve is fitted over the steel spring and that the spring is fully located into the sleeve.

Blade hinge assembly.
Please note - Not supplied with either the two screws or blade release lever.
It is important when fitting the hinge assembly that you ensure the two hair spring sprigs are correctly slotted into the two holes provided in the blade release lever before you refit and tighten the screws to the clipper head. If this is not done correctly the blade may not fit or release correctly.
