Whilst having the same number of teeth in both the cutter and comb as tjhe Standard 84/AU blade above, the EA1-SUR comb blade is married with the 83AU cutter to give a surgical clip. The comb blade as will be seen in the black silhouette at the side of the comb blade is almost shaped to a point - hence the surgical cut!
