The sheer range of shampoos can be quite daunting when one first looks at the list we supply. Of course this is not the case if you have found a favourite, and it's working well on your animal. Mind you trying a new one can bring rewards!

Containing a unique formula which incorporates the long trusted blends of refined Coal Tar, Salicylic Acid and Sulphur added to which are the healing properties of Jojoba Oils and Aloe. For the maximum effect the lathered mixture should be retained on the coat for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

A RECENT CUSTOMER'S COMMENTS AFTER PURCHASING DOUBLE "K" GRIMEINAOR SHAMPOO" !

I have six Afghan hounds that need to be bathed every 4 days as youngsters, and up to every 7 days for those with a full adult coat. This really does entail finding the right products that not only do what they say, but leave the coat clean, grease and silicone free and therefore prevent recurring matting.

A conditioner is always used following the shampooing, but unless the shampoo leaves the coat squeaky clean, the conditioner won't work properly. So many shampoos leave the coat feeling anything but clean, and whilst a lot claim to do this and that, a shampoo is just a product to get the coat clean! If it does that, then it fulfils its purpose and Double Ks 'Grimeinator' simply leaves the coat clean, fresh smelling and most importantly doesn't dry the coat out or cause dry skin which so many of them do.

When breeds such as the Afghan hound need to be bathed so often, it really isn't easy finding a shampoo that can be used this frequently without damaging or drying the hair or skin. I'm so pleased I found this product. In spite of Griminator being a high foaming shampoo, it rinses out of the coat very quickly, in fact faster than most low foaming ones!

I have used other Double "K" Groomer's Edge products for many years with good results (both shampoos & coat conditioners.)
