The safe arrival of your order is important to us! We seek to therefore ship using a reliable carrier with adequate insurance cover against loss.
Most items will require a signature on arrival at their destination.
In the case of International shipping, and outside the UK mainland, we only charge the actual cost as paid by us which is based on the gross weight of your order. Shipping charges are advised once we have your order in full and can calculate the gross weight. Should the shipping charge be unacceptable, we will happily refund the full payment made on receipt of being informed

WHEN ORDERING CLIPPER & SHEARING MACHINE PARTS
Please ensure you always quote the MAKE & MODEL of any machine for which you are seeking parts and if possible the part number from the diagram above if shown. It is impossible to avoid errors if customers do not order with the correct part numbers.
In situation where our diagrams do not provide either a part number or identification, please supply clear and in-focus jpeg images. Images should show the full upper body aspect of the machine, and underside image of the machine head with or without blades fitted. Images of identification plates/labels are useful but not essential.

In the UK it is mandatory for an electrical test to be undertaken by a professional engineer before the machine is returned to the customer for future use.
All electrical parts and images describe and or shown on this web page are offered for sale for use with the 220/240volt electrical supply system as operated in the UK and certain parts of Europe unless otherwise stated. Certain internal parts are not suitable for non 220/240v units.
Certain parts are obtainable for 110/115v machines, but customers need to state at the time of ordering if their machine is 110/115v rated.
Customers from the USA and countries outside of the UK and European Countries should check their electrical supply rating and seek professional advice from a qualified electrician if in any doubt, before placing an order. Parts once supplied are normally not returnable! In those exceptional cases where parts are return, the cost of shipping back to Peasridge is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please remember you may invalidate any manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions by either making internal inspection or repairs yourself. In the event of a repair or service to a clipper or trimmer within the warranty period you should return it to the original supplier or to a stated authorised service centre to protect your warranty cover period. However many simple maintenance aspects which do not involve the opening of the machine body casing can be easily carried out by owners. Often detailed instructions regarding these operations can be found in your clipper/shearing machine manual relating to such parts.
Peasridge S.S Limited stress the importance of adhering strictly to all the manufacturer's instructions and their recommendations at all time without exception, and as such accepts no liability for any physical harm to persons, any animals that may be present, (whether theirs or not, ) or damage to machine parts existing or new, or to machine/s and any accessories involved.
ONLY use genuine manufacturer's parts - these normally carry a period of warranty against defect.

The slim pocket sized battery should be securely fixed to the belt of the operator or carried in the pocket. The powerpack is fitted with a re-settable fuse (reset button) to protect both the battery and clipper from overloading.
A new power pack must be full charged before use. It should be noted that it will not reach its full capacity untill it has been fully charged and discharged 3 times. The full charge period takes between 11 and 13 hours, the normal clip time from a fully charged battery is two and a half hours.
PLEASE NOTE: - Battery storage
Customers are advised to adopt the following procedures when storing a Lister "Liberty" battery power pack when it is not envisaged the unit will be used.
In the event of storage Power packs (battery units) should be discharged to within a total capacity but NOT completely - some remaining charge MUST be left.
During storage - at period not in excess of 6/8 week of storage Power packs (battery units) should be fully recharged.
Failure to do this can result in the Power packs (battery units) acquiring a "memory" and thereby limiting recharging fully.
