Standard blade for the Laube "Speed" cordless trimmer.
Cutter comb width approx: 40mm.
Said to be ultra hard as a result of being made from high carbon steel with chrome finish and rust resistant. Ice tampered to give longer cutting performance it is claimed!
Popular blade for facial trimming of cattle and especially horses. Can be used successfully for minor dog trimming due to the adjustable nature of the blade, which allows for increasing the clipping scope of the blade from a veterinary close #40 through to a longer #9 depth. (Gives you adjustability to sizes #40, #30, #15t, #10, and #9)
Those seeking a wider range of clipping depths should bear in mind that this machine, which will accommodate four (as supplied) slide on combs thus allowing one to increasing the cutting depth to 3mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm. (plus the blade depth)
PLEASE NOTE:
This is NOT a blade, which can be re-sharpen.
Once blunt it should be disposed of in a suitable manner, and a new blade purchased.
