Most items will require a signature on arrival at their destination.
In the case of International shipping, and outside the UK mainland, we only charge the actual cost as paid by us which is based on the gross weight of your order. Shipping charges are advised once we have your order in full and can calculate the gross weight. Should the shipping charge be unacceptable, we will happily refund the full payment made on receipt of being informed

Please ensure you always quote the MAKE & MODEL of any machine for which you are seeking parts and if possible the part number from the diagram above if shown. It is impossible to avoid errors if customers do not order with the correct part numbers.
In situation where our diagrams do not provide either a part number or identification, please supply clear and in-focus jpeg images. Images should show the full upper body aspect of the machine, and underside image of the machine head with or without blades fitted. Images of identification plates/labels are useful but not essential.

In the UK it is mandatory for an electrical test to be undertaken by a professional engineer before the machine is returned to the customer for future use.
All electrical parts and images describe and or shown on this web page are offered for sale for use with the 220/240volt electrical supply system as operated in the UK and certain parts of Europe unless otherwise stated. Certain internal parts are not suitable for non 220/240v units.
Certain parts are obtainable for 110/115v machines, but customers need to state at the time of ordering if their machine is 110/115v rated.
Customers from the USA and countries outside of the UK and European Countries should check their electrical supply rating and seek professional advice from a qualified electrician if in any doubt, before placing an order. Parts once supplied are normally not returnable! In those exceptional cases where parts are return, the cost of shipping back to Peasridge is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please remember you may invalidate any manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions by either making internal inspection or repairs yourself. In the event of a repair or service to a clipper or trimmer within the warranty period you should return it to the original supplier or to a stated authorised service centre to protect your warranty cover period. However many simple maintenance aspects which do not involve the opening of the machine body casing can be easily carried out by owners. Often detailed instructions regarding these operations can be found in your clipper/shearing machine manual relating to such parts.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
The Hauptner "HE-07 Electric Rapide" is one of the early Hauptner horse/cattle clippers, manufactured from the early 1960's until around 1978/9 when it was succeeded by the "Hauptner HE-09 Rapide horse/cattle clipper.
The "Hauptner HE-09 Electric Rapide" horse/cattle clipper is often incorrectly referred to as "the black 07 Rapide" Care should be taken to distinguish between the models as both are black. Catalogue numbers for each are as follows:
HauptnerHE-07 Rapide. Catalogue ref number 87100.000
Hauptner HE-09 Rapide. Catalogue ref number 89100.000
Due to the high quality of the German Hauptner manufacturer, many of both the early HE-07 and HE-09 models are still in active service performing and meeting the needs of their equine or cattle owners.
There are similarities in both the colour (black) and the general shape of the "HE-07 Electric Rapide" to the Hauptner "07 Electric Rapide" - although the earlier model has a more "square" appearance and a different shaped head design! Please ensure when ordering parts you have identified the correct model. Clipper images are given on parts diagrams for comparison.
Whilst the crankhead is fitted with a roller to engage the cutter blade, we have seen models using the square style nylon drive block similar to the type fitted to the Hauptner "HE-09 Electric Rapide", and accommodating the Hauptner blades.
The Hauptner "HE-07 Electric Rapide" model has been long since discontinued along with the Hauptner "07 Electric Rapide"", both having been replaced with the purple handled Hauptner "Electric 2000" which was introduced to the UK market in 2000.
We are still able to supply a number of genuine spare parts for the Hauptner "HE-07 Electric Rapide,"- however these are in some cases limited, and customers are advised to seek confirmation that parts they seek are available especially if not shown for sale below this information. Below is a list of new part items that are no longer available.
We do have a limited number of "used" parts that have been removed from original Hauptner machines. These are offer for sale on the understanding that they are from a genuine Hauptner HE-07 "Rapide" machine and considered still serviceable for future use. All such parts are fully described as to their condition and are sold in that status..
