Standard Hauptner horse blade set 86833/86872 - producing a 3mm clip

The cutter has 17 teeth and the comb blade has 28 teeth.

This is the standard blade as supplied with most new Hauptner 2000 models,
This blade will also fit the early Hauptner HE-07 "Rapide" (1960-1975) and the Hauptner 07 "Rapide" model.

Hauptner " Hunter" horse blade set 86833/86842 producing a 3mm clip

This blade was the standard blade usually supplied with the Hauptner Rapide 07 models.
It can be used also on the earlier Hauptner HE-07 "rapide" and Hauptner 2000 model
However please note if this blade is used on the Hauptner 2000 model it will give a 50% closer clip.

The "Hunter Clip" cutter blade has 17 teeth and the comb blade a total of 35 teeth.
