In situation where our diagrams do not provide either a part number or identification, please supply clear and in-focus jpeg images. Images should show the full upper body aspect of the machine, and underside image of the machine head with or without blades fitted. Images of identification plates/labels are useful but not essential.

In the event of a repair or service to a clipper or trimmer within the warranty period you should return it to the original supplier or to a stated authorised service centre to protect your warranty cover period. However many simple maintenance aspects which do not involve the opening of the machine body casing can be easily carried out by owners.
